Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a 90% refund.

Refunds processed within 14 business days.

No-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours) are not refundable.

If the company cancels due to weather or other issues, guests can reschedule.
